Prices
All the product prices include VAT, valid until a new pricelist is published. Health to Happiness Ltd. reserves the right to make immediate changes in the pricelist and the terms and conditions.
Payments
You pay directly with VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Diners Club, American Express or Eurocard. Your payment goes via the DIBS Payment Gateway. For you security the card number is sent through a strongly coded connection directly with the bank. We use payment card processor Streamline. They are the largest card payment acquiring business in Europe so you can be confident of a first class, secure and reliable service. Streamline is part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group.

Time of Delivery / Faulty Problems
We send all orders from our European Distribution Center located in Knislinge, Sweden. Therefore it may take up to 7 working days before you receive your order. It will be sent with the Royal Mail service as a postpackage or a letter. If you do not receive your order, please report it to our customer service at info@healthtohappiness.co.uk
International customers:
You can order from anywhere in the world, freight cost £30 is added.

Back Orders
We do everything we can to stock all of the products we offer, but unfortunately, sometimes we may run out of some products if there is a very high demand for a certain product amongst our customers. If a situation like this occurs, we will inform you about the expected date of delivery, and we will then ship the product as fast as possible.
Return of products
If you regret your purchase you have a right to return the products within 7 days in the unbroken, unopened original package. The address for returning an article will be found on the invoice. For return of packages you will have to pay the return postage yourself. No freight costs will be paid back. If you do not pick up the products you have ordered, or if you have given us an unsufficient address, and instead let the products be returned, or do not return them within 7 days, we will debit you a handling fee of £20. You cannot return Auto Ship orders! To cancel your Auto Ship, read information under headline "Can I cancel my Auto Ship".
Guarantee
If a product is shipped faulty by us, defect or if there is something else you are not content with, get in touch with our customer service at info@healthtohappiness.com and we will do everything to help you.
Freight Costs
The freight cost below will be added to each order within the UK and to all other European countries. For shipments outside of Europe we charge £30 per order.
Complaints
If a product is broken or wrongly forwarded we will, of course, change it for free. Just send you product back with paid freight, together with customer number and telephone number and we will send you a new product. All possible disputes, we follow the recommendations of the Committee of Complaints.
Customer Database
Health to Happiness Ltd will store your contact information on our database in orde to send you further details about our products. The information that you provide is used for internal purposes only, we do not pass on your personal information to any third parties. If you decide you would like to be removed from our database just let us know by contacting info@healthtohappiness.com.
Age Limit
Health to Happiness Ltd. offers are only available to persons over 18 years of age.
