What is Auto Ship?
Auto Ship means that instead of individually placing an order each month, you can automatically have an order conveniently shipped to your home each month.

What are the advantages of ordering on Auto Ship?
It is a very convenient way to automatically receive your monthly supply of products at your door at the same time each month. You will always be assured that you will not run out of products and be without them for any amount of time.

Can I cancel my Auto Ship?
You cannot just return Auto Ship orders, you have to cancel it!  To cancel your Auto Ship, just send us an e-mail or call our Freephone stating that you would like to cancel your Auto Ship. If you just want to skip receiving an order one month, simply send us an e-mail or call our Freephone 0800 731 8299 and request to skip your Auto Ship for that month. Whether you are canceling or skipping a month, the requests must be received by Health to Happiness 10 days before your Auto Ship due date. If you send e-mail you must include your name, address, and phone number.


How do I pay my Auto Ship?
You can only pay your Auto Ship with the following cards:
- MasterCard
- Visa Credit
- Visa Debit
Your payment goes via the DIBS Payment Gateway. For you security the card number is sent through a strongly coded connection directly with the bank. We use the payment card processor Streamline. They are the largest card payment acquiring business in Europe so you can be confident of a first class, secure and reliable service. Streamline is part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group.

You then agree to allow us to bill the same credit card information you have used for this transaction for the amount which is stated in your web shop order, and then ship you a regular (most often a 1 month) supply of this product of your choice. If you continue to participate in the Auto Ship program, you will be billed and shipped a one month supply every month from the date of shipment of your last order regularly thereafter, until you cancel the program.
